1/4 oz. ……………………………………………… SIMPLE SYRUP

3/4 oz……………………………………………….. FRESH LEMON JUICE

3/4 oz. ……………………………………………… GRAND MARNIER LIQUEUR

4 oz. ………………………………………………… SPARKLING WINE

Pour all of the ingredients into a cocktail glass full of ice and shake well. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with some sparkling white wine. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
